Duties:
· Input listings into the Multiple Listing Service;
· Manage paperwork associated with deals;
· Update and maintain customer relationship management system;
· Assist with marketing campaigns;
· Manage social media accounts and website;
· Tracking expenses and minor bookkeeping;
· HST and payroll remittance;
· Assist with staging and virtual 3D tours;
· Editing virtual tours and photos.
Qualifications:
· Post Secondary Education;
· Must have and maintain a valid Drivers Licence and have a reliable vehicle;
· Attention to detail;
· Self motivated;
· Strong computer skills;
· Extremely dependable;
· Ability to multitask;
· Highly organized;
· Previous experience with bookkeeping, social media and marketing an asset.
Job-Type:
Full time starting May 3, 2021 (tentatively). Monday to Friday
(some weekends may be required). 35-40 hours per week
Wages: $18 - 21.50/ hour depending on experience plus bonuses
