Our Story
Reynard Real Estate Ltd. was originally incorporated in July/87. The decision was made in July/97 to join the Century 21 system and become Century 21 Reynard Real Estate Ltd. This decision made us part of the world’s largest real estate organizations.
In January 2019 Century 21 Canada had a re-brand with all-new logos and a new look, and Century 21 Reynard Real Estate Ltd. was sold to new owners, with a new name "Century 21 Northern Choice Realty Ltd."

Expansion to Fort Frances & Red Lake
In April of 2013, we decided to venture out and service the Fort Frances & Rainy River District, and are pleased to introduce Chad Jack - Broker, Wanda Huitikka-Wipf - Salesperson, and Miranda Veitch - Broker as part of the Century 21 Team!

In 2018 one of our Brokers was nominated for Salesperson of the year! The office has achieved Centurion Office status in 2007 and from 2011-2021.
